I am a registered psychological assistant (PSB 94022389)* with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services to individuals, couples, and families.
In a comfortable and supportive environment, I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they are striving for. I view therapy as a collaborative effort and aim to help clients identify their strengths, increase coping skills and create long-lasting positive change.
In my clinical work, I utilize a variety of therapy modalities including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience working with diverse populations from adolescents to older adults in a variety of settings throughout San Diego.
A native of San Diego, I graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a bachelor degree in both Psychology and Social Sciences (2008). I received a master’s degree in clinical psychology (2012) and a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego (2015). I am a lifetime member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology and a current member of the San Diego Psychological Association (SDPA).
