I have specialized in dynamic psychotherapy. I work mostly with early-career therapists and students who are interested in learning more about themselves and wish to participate in insight-oriented therapy.
In my own journey of psychotherapy and mindfulness I have worked diligently with mentors who were directly guided by students of the philosopher Martin Buber, the Viennese psychoanalyst Richard F. Sterba, Zen Master Thich Naht Hanh, and Reb Zalman.
What should you expect to happen if you decide to contact me? We will have an initial assessment (about 3 sessions). If we decide that working together can help you, we will engage in brief therapy (12 - 16 sessions) and then evaluate the outcomes of our collaboration. If it is working, we will continue and move into long-term work (40 - 70 sessions).
