Guided Meditation "On a Path from Confinement to Inner Spaciousness."
The Meditation is embedded in Jewish texts and themes of liberation.
It was aimed to help decrease anxieties and regulate feelings during the challenging times of the COVID pandemic.
Guided meditation focusing on the in-breath and the out-breath. The concept that was discussed before the guided meditation was the notion of “continuity” and how cohesion in one’s external and internal experiences is crucial for a healthy mind and a healthy life. During the Q & A Rabbi Marc and I discussed how the Jewish tradition offers practical ways of enhancing our sense of continuity, integrity, and peace.
